Update Macbook Pro Mac OS 10.13 or higher

Hello,


i currently have a Macbook Pro (mid 2010) that has OS X El Capitan (10.11.6) installed in it. Is it possible to update this to newer OS?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download High Sierra.
