problems setting up 3rd gen apple tv

I factory restored the Apple TV but when I try to do the automatic setup with my iPhone11 it doesn’t pop up on Bluetooth

Apple TV (3rd generation) doesn’t support bluetooth devices, except for a bluetooth keyboard.
