You would almost certainly be taken care of. Of course, you would have to demonstrate the damage was caused by the shipper, etc.

It’s a risk worth taking.

You get a replacement phone if you can prove the damage occurred in shipping. But that is close to impossible the way Apple packs things for shipment.

Whatever makes you think it's going to arrive damaged?? That's never happened to me in ten consecutive years of upgrading iPhones.Apple's packaging is top notch.
