Visual Voicemail

I have recently changed carriers from att to Consumer Cellular. I must of done something wrong when I was setting up my voicemail. I hit the icon for voicemail and then is a box for set up. I have tried to put in voicemail password but now says voicemail unavailable or access unavailable. I have called my carrier, I’ve reset network , I’ve toggled airplane mode. How do I get my visual voicemail back? I have regular voicemail but would like the visual voicemail. Than you

As you may have found out that visual voicemail is a feature provided and controlled by your carrier. I am not sure whether Consumer Cellular provides this feature. You probably know whether they do or not since you spoke with them. If they told you that the service supports visual voicemail and then get back with them for further troubleshooting. You have taken all the steps that we would recommend here to address it at your end. You have Reset Network Settings, Toggled Airplane Mode ON and OFF etc. Also try ➔ Force ReStart Your iPhone. IF that does not resolve the issue then continue working with your carrier.
