Old Apple ID still signed in on iPhone, How do I sign it out?

I dug up an old iPhone that I need to use. It has my apple ID signed it but it was compromised a while ago and I had to get apple support to change the email address and password for the account however the old phone doesn't know this and is still signed in with the old email version of the account and therefore no password will work. How do I sign out of the apple ID without putting in the password?

You won't be able to do that. But, if you have a receipt for purchase of the iPhone with its, serial number on it, Apple support might help you solve your problem. Here are some support options:
