iPhone xs Max working completely but in a black screen
I have an iPhone xs Max which works completely normal(receives notifications and calls) but in a completely black screen. What could cause this? and how to solve this issue?

We can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
You can try performing a "forced" restart of your device, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
