my "Shift f" is not working

recently, my macbook pro 2018 model cannot shift f to cap the f. It works for all other letters. Both shift f's don't work. Basically if I shift f, it does not type anything... Cap lock works. Restarted the mac and still have the same issue.. I had it for a year and worked fine. Any tips?

Thanks

It's possible crumbs have gotten between your keys preventing input. Use a can of air to clean it. If your keys are clean then you will have to get in touch with Apple at this point for repair. Your Mac's keyboard has a 4 year repair program provided by Apple free of charge. The repair program covers for up to 4 years from original date of purchase. They will either replace the defective keys or replace the entire keyboard at no cost to you. Contact them ASAP.
