Two Factor Verification. Can you turn it off? I have an old Apple TV that worked perfectly until I just got a new iphone (mainly to use with said AppleTV), now I can't watch any paid for movies! The old Apple TV can't input the verification code needed. I can't turn off two factor verification on iphone, macbook or ipad!
Do I really have to buy more apple kit (ie a new AppleTV) just because of two factor verification????????

You can't turn it off unless you recently updated your account. In this case, you can unenroll within two weeks of enrollment.
If you are in the two-week period, "Just open your enrollment confirmation email and click the link to return to your previous security settings. Keep in mind, this makes your account less secure."

Information only. On older devices/computers where you don't get a code box, if you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123 (no spaces).
