the heading I got is 'RINGER AND ALERTS'.
The slider is set to maximum and 'Change with Buttons' is on.

Once in there though, what to modify is unclear.
Once you are in there, there is 1 volume slider at the top of the screen titled “Alerts”.
clock alarm and timer alarm are very faint
