Your profile shows an Apple Watch Series 4 running WatchOS 6. Which iPhone are you using? Which iOS version are you running on your iPhone?

Are you trying to pair the Apple Watch to your iPhone? OR Was your Apple Watch already paired with your iPhone and now cannot connect all of a sudden?

I know, lots of questions but if I do not ask then I will not know how to address your issue.
