Activity app not showing correct distance

I am using apple watch series 5 since a month.

recently I started cycling and to keep track of it i am using the outdoor cycling workout it worked perfectly fine but now i am facing issue that if i travel 5 to 6 kms the Apple Watch shows me 3 to 4 kms I don’t know why?

plus the calories burn is also under counted.

please guide me
