How do I convert HEIC files to jpg or png
I cannot open heic files in Photoshop. Does anyone know how to convert them into something I can use?

But you can open them in Apple's Preview application, and using the Export… menu item, convert them to other Photoshop compatible image formats. Use the option key with export panel to see other available image formats.
