It cannot be removed from the iPhone. Check all of your other home pages, and folders to see if it is there. You can also do a search on the iPhone and if in a folder it will show the name of the folder, Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

it can't be deleted.

check your other home screen or app folder.

double check restrictions.

settings>general>reset>reset home screen layout.
