Hack account/no device
I dont have an apple device any more but my account was hack. I dont have an active device to use in the app store. how can i recover my hacked account to prevent damage or reduce identity theft?

I suggest that you reset your Apple Account password. Log-in to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid using your Apple ID and reset your password.
You will be ask to get a code from a recovery email or answer your security questions.
