Apple Watch Fall Detection Feature Missing

Hi,

I've had my Apple Watch Series 5 since last September and just recently I've noticed that the fall detection feature isn't in the Emergency SOS section of my Watch app. My iPhone is an iPhone X and they are both running the latest and greatest software.

Help would be most appreciated.

See the "Turn fall detection on or off" section in:

It will automatically turned ON if you are over 55?

Apple Watch Series 4 and later includes fall detection, which is turned on by default if you’re 55 and older (it can be optionally turned on if you’re under 55).

Check iPhone's Watch app > My Watch > Emergency SOS > Fall Detection : switch ON here.
