I need help

When I go to my App Store and try to download a free app, this tab pops up and says, “verification required” and it says it needs to review my billing information. I currently do not have a credit card or any payment options in my phone. I went to the internet to look for answers and nothing I tried worked and I don’t know what to do. Please help.
