Two Macintosh HD Data’s

I have two Macintosh HD data hard drives. One is Macintosh HD - Data, and the other is Macintosh HD - Data - Data. One has 133 gb used, and the other has 33kb used. How do I erase the 33 kb?

When you did a "factory reset," you didn't do it correctly.

You should have removed Macintosh HD - Data volume, then reinstall on Macintosh HD.

I would try to remove the Macintosh HD Volume, then rename your drive (Macintosh HD - Data) in the Finder to Macintosh HD or any other name you want. But, you may have to start over with the factory reset.
