Ipad warranty replacement
Hi,
If I have an ipad in warranty but it has some technical problems which is include in the warranty, can I ask apple for replacing this ipad to the latest model??
- Apple would be the party to decide how to remedy any warranty-covered defect. Replacement would be one of many options.
- If a replacement were to be made (and that’s a big “if”), it would be the same model you had, not a newer version.
