Webpages not displaying on my iPhone 11.

Hello, I find, every couple of days, web pages stop displaying on my iPhone 11. I get a blank, white screen with just name of web page at top. Before this happens, I find the pages seem to ‘freeze’ and become unresponsive to my taps on screen. I looked up a solution and reset all settings. this seems to fix the problem for a day, or two, but then problem returns. This happening more and more frequently, very frustrating. Please tell me what I can do to solve this issue. Many thanks.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello, Stock-ing.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I understand you're having some issues with loading a webpage using Safari. I'd be glad to help. Check out the steps in this article to see if it helps: If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

"If you can't load a website or webpage, or Safari quits unexpectedly, follow these steps.

Connect to a different network

Try to load a website, like www.apple.com, using cellular data. If you don't have cellular data, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network and then try loading the website.

Restart your device

Turn off your device and turn it on again. Here's how:

Clear website data

You can clear website data occasionally to improve Safari performance. If you still need help, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

Get more help

If the issue continues and only effects a certain website or webpage, contact the website developer for more help".

Keep me updated.

Cheers!
