Is there any way to show the Silent Mode On or Off Icon in the Icon Bar at the top of the screen ? When switched on or off, an icon comes up for a second but disappears. In Android, it shows On, Vibrate or Off icon at the top of the screen and it was very handy. Now I have to manually change the on/off button to see which status it's on.

No you don’t. Red appears beside the silent switch when in silent mode.
In addition to razmee209’s response, there is no “iPhone SE (2000)”. Actually, there was no iPhone at all until 2007.

Thanks. The colour of my phone is red and red appears on both mode. One of them could be orange but can hardly tell.
