Hard Reset Your iPhone and update the software
DFU Restore Your iPhone
Try Disabling the Optimized Battery Charging

Hi there. Please provide some more specific details. What iPhone is it?

Are you using a case? Did you do anything that you think might have caused it to not work.

Lots of wireless charging pads don’t tend to work after a short while, so I recommend purchasing a new one on the Apple Store.

It’s an iPhone 8+. I have a iPhone 11Pro Max and 2 wireless charging pads mine works on both pads but my wife’s doesn’t charge on either. We tried with a case and without one same result. Until recently her 8+ worked on either. It does charge when directly plugged in? Both pads were purchased at the Apple Store.
