How can I reset my Screen time pass code if I forgot it?

I tried this and it didn't work. It said make sure you have iOS 13.4. I have 13.4.1. Then it says to tap Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again then Tap Forgot Passcode? I do not have "Forgot Passcode?" is there any reason why this is not showing up?
