Hi,
I have two Windows computers both running the latest version of iTunes. I am able to connect my iPhone 6s without any problems but both my iPads will not connect. I have reset one of the iPads and erased all data but this has not fixed the problem Can you please assist
iPad, iOS 10
Additional info is when I connect the iPhone I get this show up in the device manager
Universal serial Bus Devices
Apple mobile device USB Composite Device
Apple Mobile device USB device
But this does not appear when the iPads are connected
