Incorrect time on my iMac

I restarted my iMac a few days ago and since then the time on my iMac is incorrect. I am in the ET time zone and the time shows as ET + 4 hours.

In my Settings, Date & Time, Date & Time tab shows Set date and time time automatically as clicked and the serves as Apple America/U.S. (time.apple.com). My Time Zone tab shows correctly "Closest City: Toronto Canada" Time Zone is blank (and grey).

I did try to set up the time manually and it does it as well, but I shouldn't have to.

Can someone please help me correct this

Hardware: iMac: from late 2013
