Apple TV+ does not offer Hulu.

Apple TV+ is Apple’s streaming service featuring their own Apple Original content.

You can get Hulu on your Apple TV set-top box, by downloading the app from the on-device App Store (US), and by subscribing to the Hulu service.

You can get Hulu content in the Watch Now and Up Next sections of the Apple TV app. Availability of supported apps in the Apple TV app - Apple Support
