The keys on my keyboard keeps getting stuck

Hi,

the keys on my keyboard keeps getting stuck. For several month now keys get stuck in two weeks straight or so, then my keyboard is fine for a week and then a knew key gets stuck again for around two weeks. Sometimes I have to press super hard to get it to work, other times I touch the key once and the key doubles the letter on the screen (if that makes sense) It is so annoying. What should I do?

Hey there!

This is a known issue for MacBooks with the Apple Butterfly Keyboard mechanism. Apple has a repair program in place for certain MacBooks, see Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro - Apple Support for more information.

Best of luck!
