finder does not show iphone

Hi,

I updated my Macbook Air to Catalina. I connected iPhone 7 and could configure it through Finder.

One day, I asked Finder not to show the iphone in the sidebar, but then I never saw it again.

How can I locate it now?

Thanks!!!!

iPhone 7

You may have disabled the option to show hardware in the sidebar. To restore this,

just press on Finder on the toolbar at the top, go to Preferences and tick the locations options.

Also, make sure the iPhone is unlocked and press Trust if that message appears.
