I'm getting a long list of of my email boxes when I right click on the mail to open a new viewer window. Why is it doing this, and How can I get rid of this?

You have those message windows minimized.

Select them, and then close them instead of minimizing them.

In the Window menu, if you hold down the Option key, select Arrange In Front. That will show them all. You could close each individually, or Option+close one to close them all. You'd then have to open a new message viewer window.
