Display faulty iMac 2009

Apple iMac 21.5-Inch "Core 2 Duo" 3.06 (Late 2009)

Issue: nothing appear after power start


A technician has checked after ran PRAM test.

He confirmed the display issue caused.

What is my options to make it back to function (iMac)?

A. Find online and buy a new display hardware (what is the name of the display hardware?)

B. Remove hard drive - copy its contents to another iMac via adapter

C. other, please suggest

B, it’s to replace the computer it’s done and dead.
