office for iPhone outlook

Are you trying to add that e-mail account in Apple Mail app, going to Settings>Passwords&Accounts, or are you trying to add it directly into Outlook app?

Should be the former:--> Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Should be the latter:--> contact the Outlook support team again.

Even if someone here might be able to offer some advice, you have provided absolutely NO information that could possibly be used to troubleshoot the issue.

Your post is simply too vague to be able to offer any advice.

Have you already contacted Outlook support team for that?
