How can you turn the shutter sound off on camera/Snapchat without turning phone on silent?

But it’s off when your phones on silent? Mmm I was only asking as I am guilty of being a big selfie taker 🙈 but I need my phone on loud for work. It’s a bit embarrassing taking photos when I’m out or sat with family 😂🙈
This cannot be done.
Personally I think it should be an added feature
It's the law in many countries to be sure someone knows a picture has been taken.
It can never be turned off on some devices.
