How to re-install Mojave after factory reset

I want to reset my iMac to factory fresh so restarted it with command+option+r and erased the hard drive. Now I want to re-install macOS Mohave but it’s only showing Catalina (I cant use that as I’m still running Adobe CS5). How do I now re-install Mohave?

Try cmd-opt-shift-R. It will install the OS that shipped on your Mac, or oldest available in the App Store.

From there you can upgrade to Mojave.
