AirPods Pro make rumbling noise since firmware update 2D15

Hello,

Ever since the new firmware for AirPods was released, I hear rumble noise all the time when I have the AirPods in my ears, no matter if the ANC is on, off or the Transparency mode is on. It is the kind of noise coming from within my body, like when I walk I can barely use the AirPods Pro as I hear every step so loudly. But I can also hear only the movement of my head and sometimes just my heartbeat which was never happening before on previous firmwares, whether it was 2C54 or 2B588 back in November. If I wanna use them now, I have to put music so loud so it is louder than the noise but I can still hear it in the background which is very annoying.

Is there any way to solve this issue, like coming back to older firmware, or anything else?

Thanks for help.
