Connection of old Hard drive (USB) to new MacBook

Hi all, I have just changed from old MacBook (2011) to new MacBook model. I use external hard drives (WD My passport Ultra) to store my photos/videos. How can I connect my old hard drives to the new Mac which uses a different port? Thanks!
