OK, this is crazy but I go to iTunes and there is no photo tab to sync my photos. I have the latest version of iTunes on my new computer, this should be simple! Does anyone know where I might find that? I have a Microsoft surface with Windows 10 home, I have an iPhone XR, why am I having such a hard time with this?

Initially I didn't see the "photo" option either today. But then I followed the instructions and clicked on my phone icon next to the word "music" and it showed up for me
