How do I move files from PC to Mac?

I am working trying to get my files from a Lenovo ideated 110 I have a Mac updadated with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.14 software can someone please help

You could use migration assistant which is for the PC and Mac as well

i don’t know what version of windows you have on your Lenovo 110.

and I can’t quite understand your question. If you only had a few files, you could use a thumb drive formatted as ExFat( which you can do on Mac, probably on PC as well) and drag n’ drop the files to the thumb drive once it’s plugged into the PC, but I don’t know how many you have..if you had a lot then migration assistant would be good. Easy to use and free, so there’s that. I say ‘ExFat’ because it’s the one format easily readable by both PC’s and Macs. Pc’s might use NTFS?? Which is readable on Mac but requires special software.
