Cannot disable icloud music on iphone 11 pro max

I just cancelled my Apple Music and in doing so several of my iTunes playlists that I created prior to buying Apple Music were wiped out along with the Apple Music playlists on both my Mac and iPhone. I went into my iPhone 11 Pro Max to disable iCloud Music so I can sync my iTunes playlists (if I can recover those lost playlists in TimeMachine) and there is no button to disable iCloud Music on my iPhone. How do I disable iCloud Music?

Settings > Music > Show Apple Music = “off”.
