Hello, I just switched to the iPhone SE from an Android. It is not showing me when I have voicemails, however when I call voicemail, there is a voicemail. Can anyone help me with this please? Not sure if it matters that it is a prepaid ATT account. Thanks in advance :)

To help with this, please follow the section titled "Get help with Visual Voicemail" and then contact your carrier, AT&T, if you need further help:

Thanks, I did go to that section which is how I was able to access my voicemail, change my password and change my outgoing message. All I am having issues with now is seeing the notification that I have voicemail. I have a question on the ATT boards as well.
