Bootcamp is stuck trying to install Windows 10

I did stop Bootcamp Assistent after a couple off hours (and before your commented), I read that using the newest Windows iso might help, so I downloaded 1909, but I haven't tried installing it yet because there are still some remains of the failed attempt left, the grey area in the screenshot (anderes Volume = other volume) wasn't there before

Update: After rebooting everything is back to normal

I read that using a more modern iso might help, so I downloaded the student version of W10 1909 from Microsoft, the one I used earlier I (bought from my university along with the activation key) is called WA6150 would it help to try the 1909 instead of the other one?

Sorry, but I again tried something before you could answer. I basically just repeated what I had tried earlier (using the EDU ISO) and it worked. I didn’t do anything differently, so no idea what the problem.
