i cannot remember the password for my email not apple id and everything i tried does not work thought i can get the password out of my ipad like i can with apps but it isnt there i can get into my email because it stays on but i cant remember the pass what di i do thanks
The only way for you to recover your email account password is to follow the password recovery/reset procedure - as provided by your email provider.
You’ll probably find that your email provider has a web-portal - and this will have a forgotten password link from which you can initiate a password reset.
