MacBook Pro 16" and Apple LED Cinema Display. [still no solution]

I don't know what's going on, but my MacBook Pro 16" doesn't work with my old Apple LED Cinema Display. The display is a MiniDVI one (it has a male connector). Since it is clear that a Thunderbolt 3 to Tunderbolt 2 adapter WON'T work I got these two devices:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N4FQNYW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Both are miniDVI female to USB-C male, which is exactly what I need. This gets very strange. The ITD one works with an old MacBook (the slim model) that we have here at home, that has a single USB-C port, but it doesn't work with my new MBP 16". And the UpTab one, that was recommended here, didn't work with any of those computers.

Someone suggested to use these two in combination: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MUF82AM/A/usb-c-digital-av-multiport-adapter?fnode=85

https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HHLY2ZM/B/belkin-4k-mini-displayport-to-hdmi-cable-2-m-65-ft?fnode=85&fs=f%3Dminidisplayport-thunderbolt3%26fh%3D459d%252B3073%252B47f6

... but that won't work because that miniDVI side is a male one, and so many adapters usually don't work well.

Anyone with a MBP16" facing such problems?

I asked for a replacement of the second one, the UpTab one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N4FQNYW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It turns out the replacement worked perfectly! So my unit was defective. The ITD one doesn't work with the MBP16" It seems it has to do with the frequency, as you can see in this thread:

The first one MIGHT work, but maybe not at the 2560-wide resolution.

The second one should have worked.

The combo suggested later will never work because you can not reverse the HDMI and you can not "stack" adapters.

ThunderBolt-3 <--> Thunderbolt-2 is not a solution because it only supports genuine ThunderBolt displays, and no others.

So just to clarify, with this:

You were able to connect your mini display port Apple LED Cinema to your 16inch MBP?

I bought the first one you mentioned and it did not work. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N2ORP84/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
