My Apple numeric keypad light does not turn on.

My Apple numeric keypad light does not turn on and the keypad does not work. Does that mean it's broken? It is 5 or more years old. I have replaced the batteries.

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.13

Hello,

Apple has never made an external numerical keypad (aside from the model released in 1984). You are using a 3rd party product and you would need to contact their support for assistance.
