Catalina 10.15.4

I have the latest version of Catalina 10.15.4 on my MacBook Air, yet I have an update notification that there is an update available. I have the settings for all automatic updates ticked, and when I open System Preferences, it says my OS is up to date. There remains a red dot with a 1 in it on the SP icon. I have no idea what is going on!

Delete this file and restart.

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.preferences.softwareupdate.plist

While in the Finder, press "command shift G", paste the above line into the window that opens and press Return. It will highlight the file for deletion.
