I don't see the purchase in a list of all your purchases and subscriptions.

I was charged 4.99 USD but no info about purchase in a list of all your purchases and subscriptions. I have a receipt (see below in this message). My bank said contact to Apple, but there's no option for this type of issue. Anyone faced with these issues?
