When I Try To Request A Refund It Says You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund.

Showtime was charged on my account. I didn’t remember choosing the subscribe option. I want a refund please. I tried doing it but it doesn’t allow me to select the showtime to refund it back to my account.

Sololearn charged my account. Which I mistakenly subscribe, I really want refund please. I try doing that is not allowing me options to refund back to my account
