No received messages on iPad
My daughter has an old iPhone 5 that she uses for iMessage texting using WiFi/email address (no SIM card).
We purchased a new iPad (7 -WiFi) and transferred everything from her old iPad, but she isn’t receiving messages. She can send them, and replies show up on her phone, but her iPad doesn’t seem “connected” with the iPhone. We checked all the settings and obvious things, so I’m at a loss.
Any suggestions?
