How to set up new iPad Gen 7. My old iPad is IOS 9.3.5. How to transfer the data?

Note: Your old iPad running iOS 9.3.5 is a 32-Bit machine whereas the new iPad 7th generation is 64-Bit.

FYI: All older 32-Bit apps cannot install/run on 64-bit processor.
