Reminders Sync; iPhone IOS 12

The Reminders App on Mac Catalina and on iPad Pro Sync well. But Reminders App on iPhone 6S with IOS 12.4.7 is not syncing with either Mac Catalina or iPad Pro. Can you help me fix this?

If you upgraded Reminders in Catalina and IOS 13, Reminders will not sync with earlier OS/IOS versions. See the 2nd paragraph in the article below.
