got an email saying i bought a game for 50 dollars but its not in my puraches, what do i do ?

If it is only an email, and no record of purchase, it is likely a phishing email trying to get your credentials. Do not click on any links in the email. See info here: http://www.apple.com/legal/more-resources/phishing/
