I have some problems with iCloud photos albums.
All options are configured.

Did you create the shared album on an iPhone/iPad or on a Mac?
Has the album been enabled as a public website? On the iPhone or iPad you have to enable it like this:

I have created albums on iPhone/iPad. Now they are enabled as public websites.
..but still shared albums are not visible on icloud account logged in through website/computer PC .
